While I haven't read that book, I did read another applied work inspired by it called the Peacemaking Pastor by Alfred Poirier, a close associate of Sande at Peacemaking Ministries.
Both of these borrow the same terminology and framework to build a rationale for Christian peacemaking in all areas of life, not least 4/5. The principles and questions in this workbook are taken from The Peacemaker: A Biblical Guide to Resolving Personal Conflict (Ken Sande, 3rd ed., Baker Books, ).
